I'm very excited to be back on air hosting two(!!!) shows this spring!

The Post Rock Block is a two-hour block of instrumental rock music, free of lyric and form. This can vary from abiant to thrash, experimental to math, and heavy on the loops, pedals and delays. I'm always looking for new bands that fit into the epicness that is post rock. Follow the show on the PRB twitter or send an email any time. Lose yourself Sunday nights 6-8PM.

But one show isn't enough -- you can catch me on Wednesdays 9-11AM too. I try to keep your mornings upbeat and interesting by playing a hefty mix of genres. My favorite bands for daytime rock will always and forever include Modest Mouse, Spoon, Future Islands, Pinback and Spider Bags.  I also love playing lots of local music during my shift, but who doesn't?
